For couples chasing a specific popular venue, a weekday date is often the only way to book it within a year rather than eighteen months out.

The cost lands on your guests

Every guest now has to request time off, arrange childcare on a school night, or travel on a workday, which for some people simply won't be possible. Expect a lower attendance rate than a comparable Saturday date, and factor that into how you plan the guest list and catering numbers.

Where a weekday date makes the most sense
